Banana & Chocolate Braai Pudding

Over this past long weekend I spent my days driving around the Kruger National Park.  It was such a fantastic break and it is the most amazing place to see what South African life is all about…..bush, wild animals, braai & more bush!  A trip to the Kruger National Park should be on everyone’s bucket list & when you go this recipe for a braai pudding must go along with you.  Very easy to make, don’t need a lot of ingredients &  tasty to eat.

Ingredients:

Banana

Lemon

Chocolate (of course any kind will do)

Tin Foil

& can’t forget the most important “A BRAAI”

Method:

Cut the bananas in half (try not cut them all the way through).

Squirt some lemon juice over the bananas for flavouring (don’t over do it).

***Tip:  lemon juice over your bananas also helps to stop it from going brown***

Place pieces of chocolate in the middle of the bananas.

Wrap the bananas in tin foil.

Place on the braai.

Cook the bananas for about 15-20mins (keep testing the bananas as you don’t want them to turn to mush either).

And there you have it Banana & Chocolate Braai Pudding.  Not much effort, very little ingredients required & can be eaten at any Braai.

***Tip: serve this pudding with ice-cream (if you have it available)***
